We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the APEX Endurance Academy team. You'll be the visual voice of our brand — crafting everything from social media creatives to event collateral, helping us inspire thousands of athletes across India.

• Design high-impact social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp campaigns
• Create event posters, banners, race-day collateral, and promotional materials
• Develop branding assets, presentations, and pitch decks for sponsorship proposals
• Maintain and evolve the APEX brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints
• Collaborate with the coaching and marketing team for campaign visuals and storytelling
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media (basic video skills a plus)
• Meet tight turnaround times without compromising on quality

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency in Coreldraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Strong portfolio showing social media, event, and branding work
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for sports, fitness, or the endurance community is a big plus
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut) preferred

We're hiring a motivated and energetic Tele Caller to help us connect with aspiring athletes, event participants, and prospective coaching clients. You'll be the first point of human contact for many APEX enquiries — your communication can change someone's fitness journey.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through website forms, social media, and events
• Explain APEX coaching programs, camps, and event packages to prospective clients
• Follow up with interested athletes and guide them through the enrollment process
• Handle inbound enquiries via phone and WhatsApp professionally and promptly
• Maintain an updated CRM / lead tracker with call notes and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with the coaching team to answer program-specific queries accurately
• Meet monthly targets for conversions and client onboarding

• 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi (English preferred)
• Friendly, persuasive, and confident phone presence
• Basic computer skills — comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Interest in sports, fitness, or wellness is strongly preferred
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply
